It's hard to believe that after 11 years doing photography, I still get to wake up every day and do what I love most, creating treasured memories. Being a newborn photographer is not just a job; it's a privilege to be entrusted with capturing these precious moments.
For me, a newborn photography session is about more than just the photos; it's about the entire experience and the lasting outcome. Over the years, I've discovered my passion for providing a deeply personalized experience for my clients.
My studio is located on the Southside of Indy, my focus is on crafting timeless and authentic newborn portraits in a natural and relaxed setting. I believe that the essence of the session should always revolve around your baby.
Every detail of your baby's session is meticulously curated. From the soft, neutral-toned wraps to the hand-selected blankets for backdrops, I strive to create a cohesive and harmonious look for each session. If you have a special item you'd like to incorporate, I'm more than happy to accommodate it. However, rest assured that my studio is fully stocked with an extensive range of newborn accessories, eliminating the need for additional purchases.

Let's Eat Cake
Without a doubt, these sessions are hands down the messiest and that's exactly how it should be!
Cake smash sessions, or as some prefer to call them, "smash cake" sessions, are an absolute blast but can also pose a few challenges, especially as your baby enters the pre-toddler stage. They may be a little shy, perhaps a tad moody, but fear not, that's where the cake comes in. Acting as an anchor, the presence of cake tends to keep the little ones engaged and entertained. Some babies dive right in, while others prefer to delicately explore, and then there are those who aren't quite sure what to make of it. But rest assured, no two babies are alike, and that's what makes these sessions so special. Each session is tailored to your baby's unique personality, resulting in an outcome that beautifully showcases their individuality.
Cake smash sessions are ideally scheduled around 11 months, shortly after their sitter session. This timing allows for ample time to capture and deliver the images, giving you the opportunity to create prints or send out cards featuring your little one's adorable cake-smashing antics.
Due to their popularity, cake smash sessions are extremely limited, so it's advisable to plan ahead if possible.

Congratulations! What an exciting time in the life of your growing family! I know first-hand all of the sentimental emotions you encounter as you prepare to welcome this new little one. A maternity session is such a great way to document and treasure your family as it is in those last several weeks before a new baby makes his or her arrival and everything changes. I also know first-hand that when you’re pregnant, you don’t always feel your best and can feel self-conscious about all the changes your body is going through. My job is to highlight your best features, show off that bump, and show you how beautiful you really are!
